What has been the most important lesson you’ve learnt as an entrepreneur so far?
The most important lesson is to dare to try things out. If it goes wrong, we sort it out together. We’ve also learnt that real change takes time and requires patience.
How do you build a culture and foster commitment in a rapidly growing company?
We work purposefully with our core values. By encouraging participation and actively involving staff in various matters, we foster a strong sense of commitment and a shared culture.
