\u2013 The most rewarding thing is seeing how our solution actually makes a difference for our customers. The fact that we\u2019ve reached 28,000 registered users and maintained 100% uptime shows that we\u2019re delivering at the highest level.<\/p>\n\n

He also highlights his co-founders as a crucial part of the company\u2019s success.<\/p>\n\n

\u2013 I really want to highlight Anders and Daniel as a crucial part of our success; they\u2019re incredibly talented. We\u2019re building this company together, and surrounding yourself with the right people is one of the most important aspects of creating something successful.<\/p>\n\n

Pride and Joy in Every Step Forward:<\/strong> Tobias is proud that Jobbs\u2019 platform is revolutionizing how companies operate in physical environments. From Skistar\u2019s seamless mountain experiences to Folkpool\u2019s round-the-clock access to products, their solution demonstrates its strength.<\/p>\n\n

He also looks back on fun and educational experiences, such as pitching to investors.\u201cThe process of raising capital wasn\u2019t just a challenge\u2014it was also something I really appreciated. It was a chance to truly show what we stand for and where we\u2019re headed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

Advice for Future Entrepreneurs<\/strong>Tobias also shares valuable advice for those who dream of starting their own business:<\/p>\n\n

-Dare to get started. Don\u2019t wait for everything to be perfect\u2014problem-solving is part of the journey.-Find the right team. Surround yourself with people who complement you, both in terms of skills and energy.-Think long-term. Choose partners who can contribute more than just capital\u2014experience and networks are just as valuable.-Don\u2019t forget to have fun. It\u2019s in those inspiring and energizing moments that you\u2019ll find the motivation to keep going.<\/p>\n\n
